I've been taking these for about two weeks and I like how I feel. I've been feeling more productive. My mood has been a little more steady and I think the B vitamins in this vitamin are helping me stay at a happy balanced place mentally. The pills aren't too big and they don't have any odor to them. Give in a go!

I wanted to wait at least a month before I did a review. At first I had my doubts about trying this only because I've had bad experiences with supplements and they seem to never do what they claim and usually have harsh side effects.This product has been like no other. Since taking these babies I have been sleeping like a baby and it's such a relief to say that because I am a person who can NEVER stay sleep and wakes up several times at night, resulting in me feeling super tired in the mornings. Not anymore, my sleep has been so peaceful and I feel well rested every morning. I have always suffered from mild acne and my skin seems a lot clearer. I no longer have drastic mood swings like I had before. My menstrual cycle is not even as painful, no more cramps or headaches! I can't say enough about this miracle product,it's a "must have" for every female!

I replaced my regular women's multi vitamin with these a few weeks ago and have noticed a huge difference in the way I feel. My mood has improved (especially during that time of the month it seems), and I have much more energy than before. My skin is in the best shape it's been in years. My hair and nails seem to be growing faster as well (must be the biotin). Will most definitely continue to use these instead of my previous women's multi vitamin.

These are my new favorite supplement. Since I have been taking it daily I have noticed not only feeling body wellness improvement but my head is so clear and mood lifted. Even though I knew the vitamins would be beneficial even after reading the reviews I wasn't sure if my mood would really be benefited. I am so happy I was proved wrong. My mind has felt so clear and my spirits much better in the past few weeks in comparison to before. And while everyone around me has been sick lately I have been healthy as can be. 😄
